Where We Work

Based in West Jordan, Utah. Serving the Salt Lake Valley, the bench and canyon-mouth WUI, the Tooele Valley, northern Utah County, and the Wasatch Back — Salt Lake, Utah, Tooele, Summit, Wasatch, Davis, and beyond.

Salt Lake County

West Jordan, UT

West Jordan is home base. Our shop sits at 7533 S Center View Ct, which means West Jordan calls get first slot on the schedule — no mobilization charge, no travel math. Forestry mulching, brush clearing, lot cleanup, and fire-fuel reduction from the Jordan River clear out to the Oquirrh bench.

~0 min from base
Salt Lake County

South Jordan, UT

South Jordan is ten minutes down Bangerter from our West Jordan base — close enough that half-day jobs make sense here. We work both halves of the city: the Daybreak side, where new development runs up against open ground, and the Jordan River side, where the last equestrian estates in the valley core are holding their line against Russian olive.

~10 min from base
Salt Lake County

Riverton, UT

Riverton is twelve minutes from our West Jordan base straight down Bangerter. This is horse country that grew a city around it — quarter-horse lots and pasture pockets tucked between new subdivisions along the 12600 South corridor. We clear the overgrown pieces: pastures gone to weeds, canal-line Russian olive, and fence rows nobody's been able to reach with a tractor in years.

~12 min from base
Salt Lake County

Herriman, UT

Herriman is eighteen minutes from our West Jordan base and it's the most fire-exposed city in the southwest valley. Scrub oak and juniper run right down off the Oquirrh foothills into the Rosecrest benches, Juniper Point, and the neighborhoods toward Butterfield Canyon. Defensible-space clearing is the work here, and it's what a forestry mulcher was built for.

~18 min from base
Salt Lake County

Bluffdale, UT

Bluffdale is eighteen minutes from our West Jordan base at the south end of the valley — the horse-acreage capital of the valley floor. Big lots, real pasture, and the Jordan River bottoms running right through the middle of town, thick with Russian olive and tamarisk. We clear river-bottom thickets, pasture gone to brush, and the growth squeezing the older acreage as Porter Rockwell Boulevard fills in around it.

~18 min from base
Salt Lake County

Draper, UT

Draper is twenty minutes from our West Jordan base, and it's home to the single most fire-mapped neighborhood in the valley: SunCrest, where 100% of the community is classified as severe wildfire risk on the state's HB 48 map. Gambel oak owns Traverse Ridge. We thin it, grind it, and cut defensible space on the bench estates and Corner Canyon-adjacent lots below.

~20 min from base
Salt Lake County

Sandy, UT

Sandy is fifteen minutes from our West Jordan base, and its east side is classic canyon-mouth country — granite bench neighborhoods below Little Cottonwood and Bell Canyon, older estates with forty years of oak thicket, and lots backing right onto Dimple Dell's brush-filled gully. We cut defensible space and reclaim overgrown bench ground on the lots the landscapers can't touch.

~15 min from base
Utah County

Eagle Mountain, UT

Eagle Mountain is thirty-five minutes from our West Jordan base and it's the biggest canvas in our service area — roughly fifty square miles of city with only about a third of it developed. Five-acre horse lots in Cedar Pass Ranch, pinyon-juniper on the Lake Mountain slopes, sagebrush flats between the subdivisions, and cheatgrass tying it all together. This is machine country.

~35 min from base
Salt Lake County

Salt Lake City, UT

Salt Lake City's land problems live on its edges. The east bench climbs straight into Gambel oak and cheatgrass from the Avenues foothills to Emigration Canyon, and scattered through the valley floor are vacant lots where Siberian elm and brush have taken over. We bring forestry mulching, brush clearing, and defensible-space work to both — twenty minutes from our West Jordan shop.

~20 min from base
Utah County

Lehi, UT

Lehi is growing faster than almost anywhere in Utah, and the land work follows the growth. Traverse Mountain lots sit deep in Gambel oak on the bench, new construction keeps pushing into brushed-in ground, and the west side still holds working ag parcels with fence lines that have grown shut. Forestry mulching, lot clearing, and brush work — twenty-five minutes from our West Jordan shop.

~25 min from base
Utah County

Saratoga Springs, UT

Saratoga Springs runs in a strip between Utah Lake and the dry slopes of Lake Mountain, and everyone who lived here in June 2012 remembers what those slopes can do. Juniper, sagebrush, and cheatgrass climb right to the back fences of the newer neighborhoods. We bring forestry mulching, fuel reduction, and lot clearing to that edge — thirty minutes from our West Jordan shop.

~30 min from base
Utah County

Alpine, UT

Alpine sits in a pocket at the top of Utah County, ringed by Gambel oak from Lambert Park up through Fort Canyon to the slopes under Box Elder Peak. The estates here were built into the oak on purpose — and that same oak is now mapped wildfire fuel under Utah's new WUI rules. We do selective fuel reduction that keeps the setting and removes the hazard, thirty minutes from our West Jordan shop. Highland and Cedar Hills, you're covered on the same trips.

~30 min from base
Tooele County

Tooele, UT

Tooele Valley is horse country — Erda, Stansbury Park, Lake Point, and the ground around Tooele city itself are full of five-to-forty-acre properties with pasture, fence lines, and sage flats that need real equipment, not a weekend with a chainsaw. We bring forestry mulching, pasture reclamation, and brush clearing over the hill from West Jordan — about thirty-five minutes to most of the valley.

~35 min from base
Salt Lake County

Cottonwood Heights, UT

Cottonwood Heights calls itself the city between the canyons, and the land work here proves it. Older bench estates sit in mature Gambel oak and maple between the mouths of Big and Little Cottonwood, and decades of growth have turned a lot of those hillside lots into solid thicket. We do selective clearing and defensible-space work that opens the lot without stripping it — twenty minutes from our West Jordan shop.

~20 min from base
Tooele County

Grantsville, UT

Grantsville is working ranch country — hay ground, pasture, and horse property spread across the west side of Tooele Valley under the Stansbury Mountains. The jobs out here are the classic ones: fence lines grown shut, sage and greasewood flats creeping into pasture, and cabin and homesite lots up toward South Willow Canyon. Forty-five minutes from our West Jordan shop, and worth the drive.

~45 min from base
Summit County

Park City, UT

Park City and the Snyderville Basin hold some of the highest-stakes wildfire ground in Utah: Pinebrook, Summit Park, and Jeremy Ranch are built straight into oak, aspen, and conifer on steep mountain lots, and the state's new WUI risk maps say what every resident already knows. We do defensible-space and fuel-reduction work across the basin — about forty minutes up I-80 from our West Jordan shop.

~38 min from base
Wasatch County

Heber City, UT

The Heber Valley is ranch ground with mountains on every side — working pasture and horse property on the valley floor around Heber, Midway, and Charleston, cabin country climbing east toward Timber Lakes, and the Provo River running through the middle with Russian olive thick on its banks. We bring forestry mulching and land clearing to all three, about fifty minutes from our West Jordan shop.

~50 min from base
Morgan County

Morgan, UT

Morgan County is quiet ranch country along the Weber River and the I-84 corridor — the kind of place where land outnumbers contractors. Working pasture and hay ground around Morgan and Mountain Green, juniper benches above the valley, and cabin properties up toward East Canyon. We bring forestry mulching and land clearing out here, about fifty minutes from our West Jordan shop.

~50 min from base
Davis County

Bountiful, UT

Bountiful's east bench is one of the most clearly mapped wildfire interfaces on the Wasatch Front — oak-covered slopes running from Mueller Park to Holbrook Canyon with homes built right into them, and a city that has its own adopted WUI code on the books. We do the defensible-space and oak-thinning work that code points to, thirty minutes from our West Jordan shop.

~30 min from base
Summit County

Kamas, UT

Kamas calls itself the gateway to the Uintas, and the land work matches: ranch ground along the Weber River through Oakley and Francis, and cabin lots climbing into aspen and conifer along the Mirror Lake Highway. We bring forestry mulching, pasture clearing, and cabin defensible space to the Kamas Valley — about fifty-five minutes from our West Jordan shop.

~55 min from base
Weber County

Huntsville, UT

The Ogden Valley — Huntsville, Eden, and Liberty — is cabin-and-acreage country wrapped around Pineview Reservoir, with oak and maple on the low slopes and aspen and conifer above. Second homes, horse property, and lakeside lots all grow brush faster than owners can keep up with. We bring forestry mulching and defensible-space work over Trappers Loop, about an hour from our West Jordan shop.

~60 min from base
Davis County

Farmington, UT

Farmington's east bench climbs straight from the old town grid into Gambel oak below Farmington Canyon, and the same oak belt runs north behind Kaysville and Layton. A lot of the bench up here is flag-lot estate ground — long private drives back into the oak, which is exactly where brush and fire risk pile up. We do selective clearing and defensible-space work on that bench, thirty-five minutes from our West Jordan shop.
